Itinerary
8:40 pm. Meeting at the small Plaza San Francisco in Pátzcuaro ( a block West from Vasco de Quiroga Square ) Departure at 9:00 pm.
Our journey takes us to a Purepechan Indigenous community to dinner the traditional regional cuisine: pozole (corn soup seasoned with beef /chicken or pork ), tamales ( kind of corn bread, salty or sweet ), atole ( Hot fruit flavored corn drink), ponche (hot fruit tea) and hand made corn tortillas.

Enjoy the festival to welcome the souls. Traditional Purepecha folklore with music and dances.

Visit to the grave yards in the towns of Arocutin, Ihuatzio and Cucuchucho.
End of the tour.
Back in down town Pátzcuaro 3:00 am. Times are approximate due to trafic and road conditions.is on our way back to Pátzcuaro to conclude our tour.
Cost: 830.00 pesos per person
Tour inclusions : Round trip motor coach transportation, tour director /guide, dinner (regional food), a taste of charanda-the regional rum.

Meeting at 8:40 pm.. At plaza San Francisco, ( one block West from Vasco de Quiroga Square) (see map below) Look for ANIMECHA banners. Departure : 9:00 pm.
The vigil in to the cemeteries starts at midnight.
The tour group is about 40 people.
Take in mind that we´ll do some walking. Some of the streets are cobbled stone paved, irregular and sloped.!!!
Please bring a small flash light with you since in some places that we´ll visit artficial light would be precarious.
Bring warm clothes, comfortable shoes.
For the comfort of fellow travelers kindly refrain from smoking and using scented products.

Toma en cuenta por favor que la velación en los cementerios comienza a partir de la media noche.
El grupo es de entre 40 personas.
Se tiene que caminar por algunas calles empedradas e irregulares con pendiente.
Trae una pequeña lampara contigo.
Para comodidad de todos te pedimos respetuosamente no fumar ni usar perfumes durante el recorrido.
